Depending upon the recepient you need to mail, for this you can have an RFC to mail scenario using multi mapping
In the RFC for each recepient you can pass 0.. unbounded email id 's and other data such as subject content.
Use mail package in the target interface
Go to messages tab in message mapping and for the target mail message select occurences as 0.. unbounded.
Create an interface mapping with target occurrence as 0.. unbounded.
In ID you can have enhanced interface determination .
You can see that using this you have your mail sent to multiple people using single communication channel.
